REFUNDS AND RETURNS
All items are made to order. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on personalised items. If your item is faulty, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchase. If a return is agreed, the customer is liable for the return postage cost. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your card company to process the refund too.

SHIPPING
Local customers can collect from Rotherham S63, please contact us via email or messenger to arrange collection once your order is ready, you will receive an email confirming this. Postage price is calculated automatically based on parcel weight. Postage is currently UK only. All parcels are shipped via Royal Mail, Evri or Yodel depending on the weight and measurements of the parcel. Tracking is always provided.

TURNAROUND TIMES
Our production turnaround is 5-15 working days from receipt of payment. We aim to dispatch orders ASAP, but during busy periods it may be the full 15 working days.
Please allow an additional 3 working days for standard postage to receive your order. Rush orders for turnaround within 3 working days are available for an additional fee. Please ensure you add the "rush my order" to cart before checking out.​ Should you need your by a certain date, please pop us a message and we will do our best to accommodate this for you.
